Genevieve Hummer

Genevieve joined Piva as an Investor from Trellis Climate, a Prime Coalition program focused on financing first-of-a-kind climate infrastructure. Before that, she was on the strategy team at Zoox, Amazon’s autonomous vehicle subsidiary, contributing to go-to-market, corporate strategy, and business operations. She started her career in management consulting at Deloitte, advising automotive and mobility clients.

She believes firmly in the need to decarbonise our energy and industrial systems and is delighted to back entrepreneurs making that transition a reality.

Genevieve received her MBA from Harvard Business School and studies Economics and Spanish at the University of Michigan. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, painting, and hosting friends for dinner.
